Growing Business Development

As a developer and steel-building contractor, we use our construction resources to develop industrial and commercial properties and offer competitive lease/purchase arrangements to foster local business growth.

We identify properties that we can refurbish to offer a value-dense cost per sq ft option for tenant/owners with a need for space. We started with a 65,000 sq ft industrial building in 2019 and, in our first few years have added an 18,000 sq ft industrial building, 6,000 sq ft warehouse and a 3,000 sq ft Main Street commercial building to our portfolio.

In our first two years, our tenant partners have added over 50 direct jobs and an estimated 40 indirect jobs to our local economy. They continue to expand and we continue to work with them on their needs to either continue leasing, or work towards purchasing the property in a way that is mutually-beneficial.

With our steel building experience and knowledge of industrial/commercial development, we are going to soon be breaking ground on a new building to help a local business expand.  More news to follow....
